Insurance

We are a private pay practice and do not accept insurance. This allows us to provide more personalized care, maintain your privacy, and avoid restrictions that can limit the counseling process.

Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. We strongly encourage you to contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for behavioral health/psychotherapy services. While we do not file insurance claims, we can provide a superbill for you to submit if applicable. 

Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
  • Will I be reimbursed if I submit a claim and a superbill?

Payment Options

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Your card is securely stored in our confidential EHR system where we process the cards on file at the end of each day.

CareCredit

We offer CareCredit as an additional option for clients who would like more flexibility. CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that allows you to pay for services over time.

Many plans offer promotional financing options depending on eligibility. Approval is determined directly by CareCredit.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session rate.
