For children ages 7 to 11 | Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Session Dates: June 8th- 11th & July 27th- 30th

What is "Camp Inside Out"?

Camp Inside Out is a small group summer camp designed to help children better understand their emotions, their nervous system, and the connection between what they feel in their minds and experience in their bodies. Through age appropriate teaching, interactive activities, movement, discussion, and creative exercises, children will build emotional awareness in a way that feels fun, supportive, and easy to understand.

This camp is ideal for families who want their child to grow in self awareness, learn emotional vocabulary, and develop practical tools for understanding big feelings.

Why Choose "Camp Inside Out"?

What Kids Will Learn

At Camp Inside Out, children will explore topics such a

  • identifying and naming emotions
  • understanding how feelings show up in the body
  • learning the basics of the nervous system in a kid friendly way
  • recognizing signs of stress, overwhelm, and calm
  • practicing strategies to slow down, regulate, and respond well
  • building confidence in talking about feelings
  • strengthening social awareness and connection with peers
What a Morning at Camp Might Look Like

Each camp day may include a mix of:

  • interactive lessons about emotions and the nervous system
  • games and movement activities
