Associate Licensed Counselor  

Adair will begin accepting new clients in late July 2025.

Adair Hill is an Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from Auburn University and her M.Ed. in Counseling from the University of Montevallo specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Adair has a deep passion for walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. She is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and accepting environment where clients feel free to process their experiences, explore their identity, and uncover their purpose. She believes in meeting each person exactly where they are.

She has completed clinical experience at a nonprofit counseling center, where she worked with children, individuals, and families. This work deepened her understanding of the emotional, relational, and developmental needs of clients across the lifespan. Adair practices an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Expressive Arts Therapy. She tailors each client’s therapeutic journey to their unique goals, preferences, and needs, and enjoys working with clients of all ages.

Outside the counseling room, Adair enjoys being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, watching movies, listening to music, trying new restaurants, and going to concerts. Adair is under the supervision of Adam Calvert, Ed.S, LPC-S, CSAT-S.
