Grounded & Growing:

Women's Restorative Therapy Intensive

Have You Been Taking Care of Everyone Except Yourself?

This restorative two day intensive was created for women who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stretched thin, disconnected, or simply in need of space to pause and breathe. Grounded & Growing offers a supportive environment for reflection, meaningful connection, emotional wellness, and intentional growth.

A Space to Slow Down and Reconnect

Many women spend so much time caring for others, managing responsibilities, and pushing through stress that they rarely have space to pause and care for themselves.

Grounded & Growing was created to offer women a supportive environment to slow down, reflect, reconnect with themselves, and experience meaningful growth in community with others.

Throughout this two day intensive, participants will engage in guided discussions, experiential activities, reflection exercises, and supportive connection focused on emotional wellness, nervous system regulation, relationships, boundaries, self trust, and personal growth.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or simply longing for space to breathe and reset, this intensive is designed to meet you with compassion and support.

What This Space Was Designed For

A Supportive & Grounded Environment

This intensive is designed to feel supportive, calm, and emotionally safe. There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable sharing, and women are encouraged to engage at a pace that feels manageable and respectful to them.

Guided Conversations & Reflection

Throughout the weekend, participants will engage in meaningful conversations, guided reflection, and experiential exercises focused on emotional wellness, relationships, boundaries, stress, self compassion, and reconnecting with themselves.

Nervous System & Grounding Support

Women will learn practical grounding and nervous system regulation strategies designed to help them better understand stress, emotional overwhelm, and the impact of constantly operating in survival mode. The goal is not perfection, but creating greater awareness, steadiness, and support in everyday life.

Connection Without Pressure

Many women feel isolated in what they are carrying. This intensive creates space for authentic connection and support while still honoring personal boundaries, emotional safety, and individual experiences.

A Blend of Education & Personal Growth

This intensive combines therapeutic insight, practical tools, reflection, and supportive discussion in a way that feels approachable and applicable to everyday life. Women will leave with greater understanding, encouragement, and tangible strategies they can continue using long after the weekend ends.

Space to Slow Down & Reconnect With Yourself

This weekend is intentionally designed to create room to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself outside of the constant demands, responsibilities, and pressure of everyday life.

What You’ll Walk Away With

Feeling More Like Yourself Again

Space to reconnect with yourself, your needs, and the parts of you that may have been overlooked or exhausted for a long time.

Greater Clarity & Self Compassion

A deeper understanding of your needs, emotions, and patterns while learning to approach yourself with more patience and compassion.

Meaningful Connection & Support

Encouragement, support, and connection with other women in a space where you do not have to carry everything alone.
