Michelle finished her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Alabama and has a B.S. in Nursing from Auburn University. She is an CSAT (Certified Sexual Addictions Therapist) and has been trained in Brainspotting (Phase 1 & 2, Master Class, and Brainspotting and Addictions). Michelle has a passion for working with those who have experienced betrayal trauma, sexual addiction, substance abuse, and families affected by addiction. In addition, she works with people struggling with anxiety, boundaries, codependency, self-esteem and core beliefs. Michelle’s desire is to help people discover who they were created to be and live life to the fullest. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her three dogs.
