Anthony graduated from Liberty University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, as well as a Master’s in Administration of Higher Education and a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Auburn University. He is currently an ALC being supervised by Adam Calvert, LPC-S.
Anthony works with adolescents and adults navigating a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, identity formation, emotional regulation, stress, and life transitions. His approach focuses on helping clients build self-awareness, develop practical coping strategies, and grow in confidence and resilience.
Anthony is passionate about working with individuals from all backgrounds while helping them navigate both personal and performance-related challenges. With a background in collegiate coaching and now with athletes of all ages, he has a particular passion for supporting athletes in their mental performance in order to develop confidence, composure, focus, and resilience in competition.
Anthony integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a faith-based perspective. His main goal being to help clients align their thoughts, behaviors, and values with their own personal goals. Through building genuine relationships with his clients and walking with them through life’s challenges, he hopes to help each individual grow in confidence, clarity, and purpose through every session.
