How We Help You Heal
Our trauma-intensive process guides you through healing by helping you:-
- Reprocess traumatic memories
- Rewrite your story in a way that fosters self-compassion and growth
- Rediscover your inner self by reclaiming parts of you that may have been impacted by trauma
How the Program Works
1. Pre-Intensive Intake Session (1 Hour)
- Set goals for the intensive therapy.
- Complete and review assessments to tailor the experience to your specific needs.
- Gain clarity on your trauma history.
2. 6-Hour Trauma Intensive: The intensive can be split over 1, 2, or 3 days to accommodate your schedule.
- Reprocess Traumatic Memories through Brainspotting. This therapeutic approach helps you process and release negative emotions stored in the brain.
- Rewrite Your Story through Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy. This will help you understand how trauma has shaped your perceptions and rewrite your personal narrative toward healing.
- Rediscover Your Inner Self through Parts Work. Using Internal Family Systems Therapy, we explore how trauma has impacted different parts of your personality and help you reclaim them.
3. Post-Intensive Session (1 Hour)
- Develop a plan for ongoing healing as you return to everyday life.
- The trauma-intensive therapy complements ongoing work with your primary therapist, enhancing your overall treatment plan.
