$150 per 50 minute session with Adam Calvert

Couple or Family Counseling

$165 per 50 minute session with Adam Calvert
$145 per 50 minute session with Michelle Jennings
$140 per 50 minute session with Emily Walker
$140 per 50 minute session with Amber Chesser

Insurance

We do not accept Insurance. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. We strongly encourage you to contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for behavioral health/psychotherapy services. Ask them if they will reimburse you if you submit a claim. We do not file health insurance for you.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Will you reimburse me if I submit a claim and a Superbill?

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Your card is securely stored in our system where we run the cards on file at the end of each day.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
